Take a midweek pause and give yourself the space to slow down, unwind, and reset. This restorative sound bath gently guides you into deep relaxation, supporting the release of tension, replenishing your energy, and helping you feel grounded and renewed.

Sound baths help to calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, and support deep rest - leaving you feeling more balanced, centred, and refreshed.

No prior experience is needed - simply lie down, close your eyes, and allow the sounds to wash over you as your body and mind settle into stillness.

Time: 7pm - 8pm
Location: St Mary and St John The Divine, Balham, London

The aim is to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Please bring:

• A yoga mat to lie on
• A blanket and pillow
• A water bottle

Optional (for extra comfort):

• An additional blanket or duvet
• A bolster, cushion, or rolled-up blanket for under your knees
• An eye mask or eye pillow

Please note: Sound healing is not recommended for women in their first trimester of pregnancy, people with pacemakers or other heart rate abnormalities, or those with sound-induced epilepsy. By booking, you confirm that none of these apply to you.

Sarah has been immersed in music from a young age, playing piano, violin, singing and composing. With over a decade of experience as Head of Music in London prep schools, she brings a calm, grounded and compassionate approach to her sound healing work.

Trained with the Academy of Sound Healing, Sarah weaves together her musical background and therapeutic training to create nurturing sound journeys that support deep rest, nervous-system regulation and reconnection.
