About this Event
Friend of the space Ravenna Koenig will be teaching us how to mend our own clothing items so that they can live on and look even more fabulous than before.
This will be a cozy night of decorative patching (see our event photo above for an example). We’ll be using patterns from different embroidery traditions to stitch our patches to garments and make them look beautiful. We will have all the supplies you will need your clothes, but you are welcome to bring your own supplies as well.
Please bring something to mend! For this one, jeans (or that type of garment) are probably the best to learn on. Denim, carhartt material, etc.
