Join us on Thursday, March 26 as we celebrate Youth Pastors with a “Pastor's Appreciation Lunch” sponsored by Thrivent.
This half-day gathering is an invitation to youth pastors and ministry leaders who want to:

Lead with authenticity and integrity in a complex cultural moment
Reignite their passion for reaching students beyond church walls
Discover how FCA’s school-based huddles and summer camp can partner with local churches, not replace them
Explore how churches can send students to camp, welcome FCA students into community, and even help launch new huddles in local high schools
Engage in interactive conversations that go beyond theory and speak to the real challenges of youth ministry today

This gathering will serve as a bridge—between schools and churches, between calling and sustainability, between students searching for meaning and communities ready to receive them.
If you care about the next generation and believe discipleship happens beyond Sunday, we’d love to have you at the table.

FCA has been quietly and faithfully reaching students across Philadelphia through high school, college, and young adult huddles, athletic communities, and a life-changing summer sports camp that sends nearly 100 students each year - many of whom have no church background. These spaces have become powerful entry points for discipleship, belonging, and faith formation.
