MASTER THE ART OF ITALIAN PASTA – WITH A LANGUAGE TWIST!
Join us for a unique hands-on pasta-making class where Italian cuisine meets language learning.
In partnership with SIAL Courses, this interactive experience is led by an Eataly chef and an Italian teacher from SIAL Courses. Together, they’ll guide you through preparing fresh pasta from scratch and creating a fresh pasta dish: slow-roasted garlic, ricotta, and spinach ravioli, served with our signature Così Com’è datterino tomato sauce.
Along the way, you will learn useful Italian words and phrases for the kitchen and convivial dining moment with fun little games and interactive tips from the cooking and language instructors.
During the class, you’ll:
- Learn to make classic egg pasta dough and shape it into ravioli
- Follow recipes explained in both Italian and English
- Pick up practical vocabulary and conversational phrases to practise at home
- Receive one welcome glass of prosecco on arrival and an additional glass during the class (soft drink alternative available upon request)
To celebrate our participation in the Guinness World Record for the Longest Tiramisu, each guest will receive a portion of our delicious Eataly tiramisu' to enjoy!
Whether you’re a pasta lover, a language enthusiast, or both, this class is a fun, interactive way to cook, converse, and connect with Italian culture!
Important information:
- This class will be conducted in English, with Italian language interactions at a BEGINNER level.
- This class is not suitable for gluten-free guests, but it is suitable for vegetarians (please inform us in writing a few days before the class if you have dietary requirements)
- Due to the layout of our kitchens and operations, we are unable to guarantee against cross-contamination.
- This class is designed for adults unless otherwise specified. Participants from the age of 14 and under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult and pre-agreed with Eataly in writing.
- Recipes and ingredients used in this class are fixed and cannot be modified.
- If more than 8 guests are attending, some participants may be required to share equipment and workspace. Don’t worry, everyone will prepare and enjoy their own dish from scratch!
- Additional drinks, aside from the welcome drink, are not included in the ticket fee and will be charged separately.
Ticket policy:
- ·Tickets are not refundable.
- If you are unable to attend, you may:
- Send someone to attend in your place (all they need is your tickets' QR codes)
- Request to reschedule for another date within the same month, subject to availability. This request must be made at least 5 working days before your original class date, to be considered.
- La Scuola requires a minimum of 5 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the option to transfer to another session or receive a full refund. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance if this occurs.
