During this workshop we will look at the developmental stage of a teenager. We will discuss the challenges and how we can support them.
About this Event

Teenagers are not difficult. There is nothing wrong with them. They are moving through a very intense phase of life where many things happen at once. During this workshop we will be looking at what actually happens. Brain development, hormones, emotional ups and downs, the shift from parents to peers and more. The workshop focuses around the relationship we have with our child or children and how we can best support them during this time.
