About this Event
Pachamama Yoga Series: Yoga Nidra
Step into stillness with this guided Yoga Nidra practice designed to lead you into profound, conscious relaxation. As you settle into a state of complete rest, you’ll be gently guided through yogic and Indigenous storytelling, drifting along the delicate threshold between wakefulness and dreams.
The vibrations of soothing soundscapes will weave through the session—soft melodies, ambient tones, and subtle rhythmic pulses—creating a tranquil backdrop for your inner journey. This practice invites you to surrender fully, releasing tension from the body and mind as you slip into a liminal space where deep healing and insight arise effortlessly.
Participants will lie comfortably as they are guided through a series of internal rotations of awareness, consciously moving through different parts of the body and mind. This process facilitates a descent through 4 of the 5 brain wave frequencies (Gamma, Beta, Alpha, and Theta) allowing the brain to release deeply held tensions affecting emotional health and mental awareness.
This is an opportunity to reset, restore, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within. No movement is required—only your presence and a willingness to receive.
🌓 This practice is dedicated to Q'illa, the Sister Moon entity in the Andean school of philosophy 🌗
