Pachamama Yoga Series: Vin-Yin Yoga
Step onto your mat and into the rhythm of this vinyasa practice where movement and music merge into a dynamic meditation. Guided by breath and the pulse of an electrifying playlist, this class invites you to feel the heartbeat of the drum in your body—awakening ancestral wisdom through motion.
From the grounding grooves of jazz to the pulsating energy of house, hip-hop, and reggaeton, each beat carries you deeper into your physical experience. Flow seamlessly from one posture to the next, allowing the rhythm to dictate your breath, your pace, and your presence. This is movement as devotion, a dance between strength and surrender, between past and future—a somatic prayer connecting you to something greater.
As we close, melt into stillness with a deeply restorative savasana, guided by the soothing vibrations of sound healing elements. Here, the music softens, the mind drifts, and you are held in the resonance of all that has moved through you.

What to Expect
3:30-3:15pm: Breathwork and Slow Flow asanas
3:15p-3:45pm: A slow transition from heat to cool down
3:45-4:00pm: Sound Healing Savasana

4:00-4:30pm: Open Tea Circle with Peruvian Lemongrass (Hierba Luisa)
What to Bring:
-Comfortable workout clothes
-Mats will be available, but you are welcome to bring your own for added comfort
