Pachamama Yoga Series: Restorative Yoga

Restore your body in this deeply restorative yoga experience that weaves together mindfulness, Indigenous storytelling, and the healing sounds of medicine music from Abya Yala (North, Central, and South America).

Held in a nurturing environment supported by the Earth, bolsters, and vibrational instruments, this class invites you into conscious repose—a sacred pause where stillness becomes a gateway to self-remembrance. Through gentle postures and spacious breath, you’ll be guided to listen deeply, soften fully, and honor the quiet voice within.

As the sounds of flutes, rattles, and healing melodies wash over you, allow your body to release what no longer serves and root back into the embrace of Pachamama—our Mother Earth. This is a space for collective restoration, where we come together in community to re-stitch the sacred threads that connect us to ourselves, to each other, and to the Land.

What to Expect
3:30-3:15pm: Breathwork and Grounding Meditation
3:15p-3:45pm: Restorative Yoga Practice
3:45-4:00pm: Sound Healing Savasana

4:00-4:30pm: Open Tea Circle with Peruvian Lemongrass (Hierba Luisa)
What to Bring:
-Comfortable clothes - the cozier the better
-Mats will be available, but you are welcome to bring your own for added comfort

Movement Level: Light Movement 🥱
Mind Activity: Theta (𝟒−𝟖𝐇𝐳) Associated with light sleep, deep relaxation, daydreaming, and REM sleep. These are prominent during meditation and help with memory consolidation and creativity.
