Our Family Mental Wellness Workshop

Everyone has mental health, even our children. Just as we care for our physical health, it is important for us to care for our mental health.

Through Student Services @ Children’s Society mental health literacy talks and workshops, we aim to empower family members and significant adults with the tools and capabilities to promote overall mental wellness and address distress among children and youth.
Special collaboration with Puzzletopia:

Immerse yourself in a world of wonder and curiosity as you explore and challenge your mind, develop problem solving abilities, train perseverance and resilience to setbacks, as you learn to care for your mental wellbeing.

Workshop Outcome:

• Children will learn the importance of caring for their mental health and how to recognise early warning signs and symptoms of distress.
  
• Parents will discover the significant role they play, gain practical tips and access valuable resources to make a positive impact on their family's mental wellbeing.
  
• Through creative play, each parent-child pair will also participate in a series of brain workout session activity faciliated by Puzzle Masters from Puzzletopia, fostering connection and learning about mental wellness.
  

Important Information:

• This activity is for pre-registered participants only. Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• This activity is suitable for both parents and children (aged 7 – 12 years old)
• Singapore Children's Society reserves the right to amend any programme without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
  

Activity Fee:

• Fee is inclusive of activity materials and light refreshments.
• Each family will receive an attractive care pack upon completion of programme.
• Payment to be made online during registration, directly to Singapore Children's Society.
• All fees once paid are non-refundable.
  

Registration closes when event has reached maximum capacity.

Cancellation clause:

If the minimum participation requirement of 20 individuals is not achieved, Singapore Children's Society will notify all registered participants via email and process a full refund of their payments.
