OSNA: Somatic Breathwork Journey

OSNA is the sigh of relief you exhale when you finally come home to yourself. At OSNA, you are supported to soften through gentle, trauma-informed somatic breathwork. We honor the wisdom of the body, focusing on somatic awareness and nervous system regulation so that that each person can move toward more peace, resilience, and self‑trust.

Somatic breathwork is a body-based practice that uses the breath to bring awareness to what’s happening beneath the surface. Rather than trying to fix or change anything, it creates space to feel, notice, and be with your experience as it is.

Through conscious, connected breathing, this practice can support the release of tension, the processing of emotions, and a deeper sense of grounding and connection within the body. There’s no expectation for anything big or dramatic — just an opportunity to meet yourself where you are.
