Osho Dynamic Meditationis a form of active meditation developed by the spiritual teacher Osho (Rajneesh) in the 1970s.
It is designed to help individuals release pent-up emotions, stress, and mental blocks to achieve a state of inner peace and awareness. The practice typically lasts one hour and is divided into five stages:
Breathing: Fast, chaotic breathing through the nose to increase energy levels.
Catharsis: Expressing emotions freely through screaming, crying, laughing, or other forms of physical release.
Hoo Mantra: Jumping up and down while chanting "Hoo" with arms raised, creating a rhythmic, energizing movement.
Stillness: Standing or sitting still in silence to observe the sensations and changes within.
Celebration: Dancing and expressing joy, ending the session with a feeling of freedom and lightness.
