Orlando Sentinel will present a community forum on the state of the arts sector in Central Florida.
Arts writer Matthew J. Palm will chat with Jennifer Evins, CEO of United Arts of Central Florida, about how local arts organizations are overcoming challenges and looking to the future. Then, the tables will be turned as Sentinel columnist Scott Maxwell interviews Palm about covering Orlando's arts scene. The audience will be able to ask questions, as well.
The free event begins at 7 p.m. and is hosted by Orlando Family Stage, 1001 E. Princeton St. in Orlando's Loch Haven Park. Because the topic is the arts, expect some local entertainment, as well.
