A Night of Tea Toning, Sound Bath, Ancestry, & Collective Harmony
About this Event

You’re invited into a ceremonial sound experience designed to soothe the nervous system, awaken ancestral memory, and cultivate collective peace.

We begin with a gentle herbal tea ritual to ground the body and arrive together. From there, we gather in circle, where each participant is invited to share a sound—one that feels connected to their inner oracle, ancestry, or sense of home. No musical experience is needed; listening is as important as sounding.

Through guided toning and group coherence practices, we allow individual sounds to weave into a shared harmonic field. The evening culminates in a deeply restorative sound bath, inviting rest, integration, and inner spaciousness.

Rose will share a sound bath at the end to allow participants to unwind and receive healing sounds.

This is a trauma-informed, invitational space where all expressions are welcome and nothing is forced.

Come as you are. Your sound already belongs.
