Our team of experts will cover essential aspects of fertility, from medical advice to lifestyle changes, ensuring you leave with actionable insights:
Dr Mateusz Pucek MRCGP, GMC, (GP & Functional Medicine Practitioner)
– 360 Health Clinic
Focus: Fertility from both a GP and functional medicine perspective.
Dr Mateusz will cover both female and male fertility, with an emphasis on male fertility—a frequently overlooked but crucial area of his practice at 360 Health Clinic. He will also discuss when to seek medical advice or a GP referral, along with tests available through the NHS and private practice.
Susanna Fall MSc, PgDip, mBANT, rCNHC, GPhC (Nutritional Therapist & Pharmacist)
– Susanna Fall Nutrition
Focus: The role of nutrition in promoting fertility.
Susanna will explore how to optimise fertility through balanced diet and movement, reducing exposure to environmental toxins (from food, household items, and personal care products), managing stress, and the use of supplements. She will also discuss the impact of weight on fertility and how to address it.
Carmen Yanina Lech, BSc MCSP (Chartered Physiotherapist & Pelvic Floor Specialist)
– Body Positive Physiotherapy
Focus: The importance of pelvic floor health for fertility and pregnancy.
Carmen will cover pelvic floor strengthening and conditioning for pregnancy, and how to improve fertility through exercise, mobility, and movement. She will lead an interactive, breath-based session on pelvic floor exercises and discuss the importance of physical activity for both fertility and pregnancy
