About this Event

Accelerando Records is an independent record label and live music promotion company dedicated to discovering and supporting emerging talent. We champion original artists and bring music to life through powerful releases and unforgettable live events.

THE THURSDAY OPEN MIC 🎙

‼️ WE ARE LOCATED INSIDE THE WESTFIELD SHOPPING CENTRE ‼️

Our Open Mic night happens every Thursday from 7:00pm. Backing tracks are welcome!

We don't take usb. You can air drop or email your backing trakcs to the host on the night.

Check in time is 7:00pm. You will need to be at the venue by 7:00pm to sign up and pick your slot.

Your stage time will vary depending on how many artists are performing that evening.

Competition: To promote this Open Mic we decided to organise a music competition. It will be 100% audience vote so bring as many people as you can to support you!

Free entry. All we ask is to get yourself a drink and enjoy the night! However you can chose to make a donation if you would like to support this event. 😊

T&C: By participating in this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

* Voting:

* The competition's outcome is determined by audience votes.

* Winners and finalists will be announced at the conclusion of each event.

* Each person in the audience is entitled to vote for two artists.

* Prizes:

* The money prize will be awarded to the winner and will be transferred via bank transfer.

* The bank transfer will be initiated no later than 14 days after the conclusion of the event.

* In addition to the monetary prize, the winner will receive two hours of studio time to record their music.

* Competition Structure:

* This competition consists of two rounds.

* Participants who win one of our weekly events will have the opportunity to take part in the final round.

Please note that the competitionfinal will be a ticketed event. The cost is £3 - £16

If fewer than six acts attend the event and fewer than fifteen tickets are booked, the competition will not proceed and it will be a regular open mic night.
