Hi, my name is Sasha, I am a qualified Master Sattva Yoga teacher and pregnancy yoga teacher, trained in India in the foothills of the Himalayas. I also have a background in dance with 25 years experience as a professional dancer, dance teacher and somatic movement practitioner. These classes, rooted in ancient and modern yogic practices including Asana ( Movement) Pranayama (Breathwork) Kriya ( Evolutionary Action) offer far more than fitness and provide the tools and technologies, to connect deeply with your own innate wisdom & resiliance. Come regulate your nervous system, find balance, joy and calmness in a hectic and sometimes overwhelming world. It is my greatest joy to share these teachings with you.
