
About this Event
Open-eyed meditation is a great new way to meditatie in your eveyday experience, like while at work, sitting at a traffice light, or wallking. This is a practical way to experience mental and emotional stability, an empowered relationship with yourself, and a vital step in achieving true healthcare.
This class is great for beginners and advanced meditation practitioners. No sopecial breathing required, or any special way to sit. We will be practicing with noise and distraction present. It won't be the typical type of meditation where the music is soft, the lights are low, and we make the conditions just right, because that's not how life is. We need to be centered and balanced even when disturbances arise.
