Family Constellations is an innovative and integrative therapeutic approach that allows us to identify past or ancestral patterns and dynamics that have consequences in the various systems we belong to throughout our lives: family, school, work, social, and more. It provides an agile and effective way to bring about change and achieve transcendence over inherited patterns and unconscious loyalties.
The Family Constellations training program consists of 90 key lessons given through 24 live online classes and will be presented over 6 months. It includes a weekly live virtual class and practical theoretical materials. At every level, we delve into each topic through personal exercises, experiences, and the necessary theoretical-practical study to prepare you to be a systemic facilitator. Each chapter features examples from different application areas and real case supervision to kickstart your journey as a practitioner in this field.
You'll learn through hands-on experience in 24 live (and recorded) classes if you can't attend in real-time. Each class and chapter includes exercises for continuous self-work and exploration of the systemic implications throughout your life.
In this program, you'll connect with your origins and uncover hidden loyalties and unconscious programs that may limit your personal and professional growth. You'll also gain insights into the relational systems of the people around you, whether they are family, friends, or those you support in a therapeutic context.

PRESENTED CONTENT
The training comprises 24 Chapters and about 90 lessons that gradually introduce different knowledge and practices, aiding you in developing a systemic perspective on your processes and those of your fellow students. The philosophy is to "learn by doing" through deep introspection. The group of students participating will be essential for guided practices, where you will receive my feedback and support to enhance your expertise while working with others.
Methodology:
You will gain access to the educational platform Thinkfic, which contains the course's theoretical content and suggested exercise guides, along with recommended readings that will enhance your understanding during the program. It is your responsibility to read and study the guides, practice the guided exercises, jot down your questions and comments, and prepare for the weekly Zoom group session on Wednesday.
Each live session will last two hours for practicing, exchanging knowledge, clarifying doubts, and conducting systemic group movements using a cutting-edge online Family Constellations platform.
