One Heart Live Music Evening
Takes place in Santosha, a beautiful sanctuary in Edinburgh city centre. May 18th - 6pm.
An alternative Saturday night out.This evening will feature three musicians sharing their voices, music and hearts through live performances. Monkey, Lizzie McGhee & Ophelia Goodness.
This will be followed by a community kirtan guided by One Heart Collective and featuring our guest performers Lizzie and Ophelia.
You will be invited to participate in this through connecting voices and hearts (YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A ‘SINGER’) This is about vibration, energy and free expression - aka tuning into your own magic and remembering your innate creativity (and having fun)!
The evening will be hosted by Skye who will be serving the Heart Medicine Ceremonial Cacao (additional £5 - add on with ticket purchase)

MONKEY /
Monkey is a musician, author, yoga teacher, as well as an EFT and sound therapist. He is drawn to Bhakti (devotional) yogic practices and incorporates music as well as chanting into his teaching. His songs are a form of communication that aim to spread good vibrations and positive emotions, while speaking to the peculiarities of modern life. He believes that music is the technology we need to overcome division and bring us back together.
LIZZIE MCGHEE /
Lizzie is a folky singer songwriter from Scotland, based in London. She’s here to share her truth through her songs and her truth is ‘sometimes volcanic and sometimes soft’. With a background in yoga teaching and retreats, Lizzie is all about the community and spiritual elements of music. ‘I love alchemising my aches and dreams into melodies and stories, it’s possibly the only way I know how to move through this being human’.
OPEHLIA GOODNESS /
Ophelia Goodness, a contemporary troubadour, intertwines folk melodies with the timeless art of storytelling and ancestral healing. Ophelia channels the delicate spirit of a maiden and the courageous boldness of a woman, inviting listeners on a journey of profound sensuality and introspective exploration. Modern-day muse, she inspires and empowers, beckoning audiences to embrace their own innate strength and allure.
SKYE /
Skye is a Shamanic Therapist, Medicine Woman and Artist. She will be our host for the evening.Skye will be serving Ceremonial Cacao and will share an opening meditation - to facilitate a deeper intuitive connection with our primary seat of consciousness - the heart. She will be co-hosting the kirtan alongside her partner Joe, working with a variety of instruments, voice, breathwork and intuitive movements to invite you to become wild and free in your expression. Skye’s passion and devotion is to support the collective awakening, rewilding and remembrance of the heart through shamanism, nature and art.
