One-day Emergency Paediatric First Aid Training

Be prepared: Sign up to this training course for prospective adoptive parents in Stage Two of their adoption assessment with Adopt London.

This course will teach you how to assess an emergency situation and prioritise what action to take. You will gain an understanding of how to help a baby or child experiencing a range of emergency medical situations, including: Burns, Choking, Bleeding, Seizures, Electric shock, Head, neck, or back injuries, Unresponsive and breathing normally, Unresponsive and not breathing normally, Asthma attacks & Diabetic emergency’s, Shock caused by severe blood loss, Anaphylactic shock and Allergic Reactions. You will also understand safe sleeping recommendations for babies and young children.

Due to limited local option we recommend you bring your own lunch in.
