OM Chanting & Spiritual Discourse

OM Chanting is a powerful group practice that uses the primordial sound OM to help harmonize the nervous system, calm the mind, and transform personal and collective energies. Practicing OM Chanting in a group amplifies its healing effects, supporting emotional release, inner balance, and spiritual connection.

The gathering will also include a satsang (spiritual discourse) with a Hindu monk, offering spiritual wisdom, guidance, and an opportunity to ask questions and deepen one’s understanding of the path.

All are welcome. No prior experience is needed.
