About this Event
The fitness sector has become synonymous with performance led clothing that moves with our bodies and provides a whole raft of benefits, from sweat wicking, temperature regulation to waterproofness. Yet this creates a wellness paradox: many people pursuing health and fitness are unaware of the synthetic materials and chemical treatments that make these garments perform, and the impact those choices may have on our bodies and the environment. This panel explores why that matters, bringing together founders who are challenging the status quo and asking what really goes into the clothes we wear closest to our skin. Moderated by Lucy Johnson, founder of Lovebrook & Green, the conversation with Demi Anderson of BabySZN and Irina Kuznetsova of The KOOZY will then explore the personal experiences, market gaps and health concerns that led them to start their brands. For anyone interested in conscious brands, material innovation and the future of health-first product design.
