About this Event
Artificial intelligence is reshaping how we work, lead, and build influence. But in a world increasingly powered by algorithms, one thing is becoming even more valuable: human intelligence.
Join Oklahoma Women in Technology for a powerful leadership retreat designed to help you strengthen the human skills that will remain essential in an AI-driven future.
In this thought-provoking conversation, Jason Collington will guide participants through practical strategies for thriving in the modern attention economy and positioning themselves as indispensable leaders.
During this session, you will learn how to:
• Boost your human intelligence and leverage the capabilities that technology cannot replace
• Strengthen the fundamentals of meaningful relationships that fuel long-term career growth
• Build influence through modern networking strategies that go beyond traditional connections
• Move from simply getting attention to earning real concentration and trust
• Prepare to operate as a “Company of One” as the labor market continues to evolve
This session is designed to spark reflection, elevate your leadership perspective, and equip you with tools to stay relevant and influential in a rapidly changing workforce.
