Legacy Walk & Wellness Experience

On May 30th, we're kicking off the day with a community walk through the historic Greenwood District. Two miles. Everyone in black. A distance rooted in the history of this land and the people who built it.

After the walk, stick around for a full wellness experience featuring a live sound bath, stretch, juice, coffee, and more. This is a morning designed to help you breathe, move, and reflect on what you're building and what you're leaving behind.

Here's how the morning flows:

8:00 am: Lace up and move out. We start with a 2-mile community walk through the Greenwood District, led by Isaac of Grow Daily. We are asking everyone to wear black.

8:45 am: The walk ends and the experience begins. Stretch it out, grab a juice, water or light bites.

9:00 am:The wellness experience opens. Music is on, explore wellness activations, like cupping, get stretched by Fuel Fit Training, and the space is yours to explore.

9:30 am: Sheena Agyare of The SHeK Lifestyle faclitaites a live sound bath. A moment to be still, breathe, and reflect on what you're building and leaving behind.

11:00 am: We close out, just in time for the rest of Legacy Fest to begin.
