5:00 PM – Cocktails - Mix, mingle, and enjoy a sparkling start to the evening.
5:45 PM – Officer & Dignitary Introductions - Celebrate and honor our incoming leadership.
6:00 PM – Dinner Service (immediately following introductions), dancing with the Vancouver Community Jazz Band
8:00 PM - After party in the lounge with Lip Bomb Band
11:00 PM - 11 o'clock hour toast

Keep the celebration going with Lip Bomb, brought to you by your new Exalted Ruler! Dance, laugh, and celebrate into the night with this high-energy after party.
🕯 11:00 PM – 11 O'clock Toast
We will pause together for our meaningful 11 O'clock Toast — a cherished tradition where we remember those who are no longer with us. It is a moment to honor the past, reflect with gratitude, and look forward to the future with hope.
