BORN PROTECTED is an intimate community gathering kicking off Black Maternal Health Week. This event is designed specifically for pregnant Black individuals and Black families with babies under one year old.
Hosted by Milk & Marigold x BEBOP Collective, this park celebration centers joy, advocacy, education, and tangible support.
Black women in the United States are 2β3 times more likely to die from pregnancy-related causes. We believe community care, culturally affirming support, and village protection are part of the solution.
