Offering: A Fully Improvised Concert Experience with OkCello
No scripts. No rehearsals. Just pure, spontaneous magic created live in the room with you.
Offering is a singular concert experience designed as a gift of sound and intention — every note improvised on the spot, shaped by the people gathered in that moment. The evening unfolds in four acts: a cello meditation built from the audience's own words and feelings; a personal offering improvised from one audience member's story of a loved one; a co-creation with a fellow improviser invited on stage; and a closing "Living Sound" in which the audience lifts their voices into one unending note while OkCello improvises into the communal song you've built together.

And Announcing: The Bridge
We are excited to announce a special collaboration with Lama Rod Owens — Buddhist minister, author, activist, yoga instructor, and authorized Lama (Buddhist teacher) in the Kagyu School of Tibetan Buddhism.
Lama Rod is offering a daylong meditation retreat, Healing, Resiliency, and the New Free World (register here), from 9am–5pm ET before Okorie's performance at 7:30pm at The Anchor.
During the intermission from 5:30–6:30pm ET, both Lama Rod's and Okorie's attendees are invited to participate in "The Bridge," an improvisational call-and-response collaboration and conversation. Lama Rod will open the space with guided meditation practice and reflection, alongside Okorie's musical channeling and expression.
