Back by popular demand! We’re teaming up once again with Fit4Mom Davis-Woodland to bring you the perfect midweek reset: an evening of yoga, wine, fresh air, and community. ✨
Led by the amazing instructors Anais Foley-Kennedy and Maria Perez, this all-levels Vinyasa flow is set to groovy tunes and tailored to your personal pace—whether you're brand new or a seasoned yogi. 🧘♀️🎶
At the end of class, we’ll enjoy a calming, inspirational meditation from local writer Jessica Guerrieri. Then it’s time to unwind with a glass of Great Bear wine, included with your ticket!
🌿 After class, feel free to:
• Wander the lavender fields
• Set up a picnic under the trees
• Sip, snack, and socialize with friends old and new
✨ What to Bring:
✔ Yoga mat
✔ Towel
✔ Water
✔ Credit card or cash for extra wine
✔ Picnic food if you’d like to stay and snack
✔ A light sweater for when the sun sets
