About this Event

Begin your day in harmony with the sea as we honor National Beach Day. Together we will gather at the water’s edge for a morning sound healing experience, an offering of love to the ocean and an invitation to receive its healing in return.

Led by Sabrina of KANEKSHUN, we’ll ground into the sand, awaken the breath, and move gently into a meditative soundscape designed to soothe the nervous system and open the heart. As waves crash and crystal bowls sing, you’ll be guided to release what no longer serves and create space for renewal.

To close, we’ll share in a special shell blessing ritual, an intentional moment designed to honor your personal journey and deepen your connection to the sea.
