Join us as we gather in community, bathe in nature's beauty, find some deep long exhales and dance moves to let go of 2025.
Ending well, so we can welcome peace and joy for ourselves and all beings in 2025!
We'll begin with a 45 minute mindful meditation and yoga practice, and groove our way into a 45 min beach get down. Julie is the yoga guide and DJ for this journey. Her music includes pop remixes, soulful world beats and upbeat, funky grooves. Some songs will get you singing along and dancing from the first note, while others will sneak into your bones, inspiring ecstatic, playful, and curious movement expression-- slow and slithery to uptempo and booty shakin, and everything in between. Shake, shout, scream, cry, laugh, twirl! ..heal. Music is a powerful tool we offer out here to explore breath in the body as you connect with Nature and the majestic elements.
