• 30 min Mindful Yoga for all levels :Connect with your body, awaken your senses. Release stress.
• 25 min Guided Sound Meditation: Find calm and presence.
• Grounding Breathing Exercises throughout: Feel centered and ready for the day.

Meet your main instructor:

• Guided by Dí Santana, a Certified Sound Meditation Lead, Yoga Instructor, and Founder of Attentive Wellness, a wellness hub that helps professionals regulate their nervous system through mindfulness practices
