About this Event
In this talk, Katia will explore why the early years, especially the first 1000 days, play such a powerful role in shaping your child’s growth, brain development, and lifelong health.
She will introduce the key pillars of complementary feeding, helping you feel confident about when to start, what to offer, what the key allergens and foods to avoid are and how to build positive mealtime habits from the very beginning.
Katia will also touch on fussy eating: the definition, when and why it happens, and what the characteristics of it are.
This session is educational, reassuring, and led by science: giving you a clear understanding of early years nutrition and the chance to ask questions.
This talk will be perfect for parents who want to feel informed, confident, and calm about feeding their little ones.
