Bring balance, strength, and connection into your motherhood journey with Meet Me on the Mat, a three-part wellness series designed for moms-to-be, new moms, and women preparing for motherhood. Led by Coach Jenn and Chelsea, these one-hour classes combine mindful movement with practical wellness education to nurture both body and mind.
Each month offers a unique fitness and nutrition focus. These gatherings are about more than movement, they’re about creating a safe, supportive space to breathe, restore, and connect with women walking through the same season of life.
This series is for you if you:

• Want to connect with other moms who truly understand
• Need a little time to recharge and pour back into yourself
