✨ Nurture | Time to Radiate ✨We are pleased to share with you our next gathering in May. Themed around radiating your inner light, nurturing yourself and connecting with like minded ladies in a cosy and uplifting environment ☀️
🔥🕯️ This gathering falls in the heart of Beltane season, as we move gently towards Litha. This is a time in the Wheel of the Year that celebrates growth, warmth, creativity and coming back into yourself
🪻 We’ll harness our creative energy by crafting our own crystal wands using natural wood, clay and raw amethyst and learn about the complimentary crystals for the season
🌼 From there, Jade will talk us through blending essential oils and we will make beautiful, simple creations to keep, using scents that feel supportive for this time of year- think uplifting, fresh and enlightening
🧘♀️ Later, you’ll be guided into a gentle meditation and sound bath to help everything settle. Time to relax, rest, and let the nervous system exhale. Choose between lay down or seated positions for your comfort.
🍵 During the day there will be intuitive card pulls, herbal teas, wholesome snacks and space to talk (or not talk, if you wish!)
