About this Event
The class will run about 1.5-2 hours and will cover everything the student needs to know about maintaining a wild sourdough starter in Arizona along with a brief introduction to the world of sourdough in the desert. The class will include a ready to use organic sourdough starter, fresh organic sourdough loaf, mason jars, cloth covers, instruction and full recipe guide with folder.
Find us on the Botanica Patio at The Farm. Enter The Farm from 32nd Street and follow the lane west to the parking area at the end of the lane. Park here and enter through the arch marked "quiessence", you will find Botanica just on the other side.
