Feeling bloated or low-energy? Discover gut-friendly plant foods, practical swaps, and enjoy free tastings.
About this Event

Made possible through funding from the Sprouts Farmers Market Foundation.

If you’ve been feeling bloated, foggy, low-energy, or simply off, your body may be asking for a gut check.

Join us for the third gathering in our Powered by Plants series, an in-person experience designed to make plant-based living feel grounded, supportive, and energizing in everyday life.

This session, Gut Check: Digestion, Microbiome & Energy, takes us beneath the surface into the intelligent ecosystem within your body. When your gut is supported, everything feels different. Energy steadies. Focus sharpens. Mood lifts. Immunity strengthens. Even your skin can glow differently.

Vegan Dietitian Rhyan Geiger returns to guide us through the science in a way that feels practical and empowering. Together, we’ll explore the role of fiber, prebiotics, and probiotics, spotlight plants that support digestion and mental clarity, and share simple, realistic swaps that can help reduce inflammation and restore balance without overwhelm.

As we move into spring, many of us are craving a reset. This session offers just that. Not a cleanse. Not restriction. Just nourishment that works with your body instead of against it.

You’ll enjoy thoughtfully prepared plant-based tastings, connect with others on a similar path, and leave with:
• A quick-reference guide to gut-friendly foods
• Spring-inspired recipe cards featuring grain bowls, vibrant salads, and fresh herbs
• Simple strategies you can begin using the very next day

Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or you’re just stepping in, this session is about tuning in. Listening to your body. Building energy from the inside out.

No pressure. No perfection. Just practical shifts that feel sustainable.

Come curious.
Come hungry.
Come ready for a gut-level reset.

We can’t wait to grow with you.
