Join NSBE Boston for an energizing community workout led by Lit2Lift, Boston’s Black fitness duo focused on movement, strength, and building confidence through fitness.

This dynamic class will combine mobility work, strength training, and functional movement patterns designed to improve overall range of motion while teaching proper technique and body mechanics. Whether you’re new to fitness or already active, the instructors will help you identify and correct movement patterns, move more efficiently, and build a stronger foundation for everyday movement and performance.
