We’ll move gently with yoga + breathwork,
then rest in a guided Yoga Nidra.
Some Yoga Nidra themes we’ll explore: will be meeting yourself as you are and welcoming emotions in your guesthouse of a home. Imagery of fog and inner blocks moving into spaciousness, freedom, and light.
These immersive sessions invite rest, relaxation, and a renewed sense of connection.

About the host:
Jules is a yoga teacher with over a decade of experience and a background in Fine Art. She specialises in Yoga Nidra, Hatha yoga, pranayama, and meditation, with training in iRest Yoga Nidra and trauma-informed approaches. Her teaching embodies qualities of grounding, spaciousness, and creativity, offering accessible spaces for inner exploration.Drawing on her experience with Yoga Nidra, Jules creates workshops, gong bath collaborations, and courses to support sleep and ease anxiety. She is also a meditation instructor in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition and a trained Reiki practitioner.
