This month at Novel-Tea, nourish your body, calm your mind, and expand your spirit with Ugandan cacao in this guided Heart Chakra Cacao Ceremony inspired by Opening to Spirit by Caroline Shola Arewa.
During our time together, you will:
- Learn the art of ceremonial cacao preparation whether for special ceremonies or as a grounding daily ritual.
