About this Event

At Nourish & Nurture, you won’t just sit and listen. You’ll take part, taste, create and connect, in the sensational Storey’s Field Centre space. Your single ticket includes two workshops where you’ll learn to make kombucha and kimchi, panel talks with wellbeing experts, demos and tasters from a Michelin chef and much more.

Nourish by Night: an evening of flavour, fermentation and fire

As the day winds down, Nourish & Nurture transforms into something more intimate. This separately-ticketed event is a dining experience at King’s College, Cambridge University with some of our headliners – including the legendary Sandor Katz.

Nourish by Night is a relaxed, atmospheric evening experience centred around exceptional food, fermentation and connection.

This is where everything you’ve explored during the day comes to life on the plate.




Hosted by FermenTABLE Founder Catalina Brumann and Rachel de Thample

Catalina Brumann is the founder of the Nourish & Nurture weekend and FermenTABLE. Through FermenTABLE, she runs workshops, delivers speaking events about the health benefits of fermentation, and develops delicious recipes. Catalina has been fermenting food for more than 20 years. She believes in the benefits that a healthy diet does to support the immune system, and she wants to help raise awareness of sustainability, zero waste and good gut health through fermenting food.
