North Park Village Nature Center

Once you've turned off of Pulaski, go past the guard gate and follow the signs to find the nature center. The parking area is clearly marked with signs.

Join us inside the building. We'll explore the exhibits that include fossils, artwork by artists visiting the nature center and many taxidermy animals. After we finish we'll go outside to hike the trails of this woodland. The walk will include a view of the pond and a climb atop a hill to get a broader view of the forest.

Deer are typically spotted here. Large Virginia bluebell displays usually bloom here at this time of year.

This walk will be at a moderate pace and on unpaved paths.

Walkers participate at their own risk.
