Beth will first lead a grounding, breathing exercise. She has been working with women's health and hormones since 2005, originally as a prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher & birth educator, and now as a retreat leader and menopause coach. Beth will lead a group sharing circle on perimenopause and tie it into what we want most to feel and invite into our lives. Then we'll fuse all of that energy into creating intentional adornment to take on your journey.
$50 of your payment will be put toward your Nomad Necklace or Earrings! Plan to budget between $50-$150 more for your necklace or earrings depending on what pieces and how many you choose. You'll get to comb through Jennifer Kahn's Nomadic Collection of amulets and treasures. (Jenn can also stamp some custom word pendants for you ahead of the event.)
