No Trauma Poetry

The 'No Trauma Poetry' theme invites performers to share uplifting poems and spoken word, creating a space where everyone feels valued and inspired. We welcome wit, wonder, romance, reflection, praise, gratitude, imagination, prayer, joy, and community; the glow up after the storm.

We ask performers to avoid graphic trauma content (self-harm, abuse details, violence, SA, etc.) to ensure everyone feels safe and respected. You can be meaningful and honest - just keep it room safe and end-forward.
