The no-dig approach to gardening has grown in popularity for good reason: preserving soil structure, boosting beneficial microbes, and increasing earthworm activity all help improve yields while reducing unnecessary labour.
Town Grown’s expert growers Anna Locke and Vicki Cooke will be joined by Derval Ingleton of The Knowle to share their experience and passion for soil-friendly food growing.
At each event in our resilient food growing series Town Grown will be giving away a selection of free seeds comprising the "Four Sisters" - vegetable crops that thrive when planted together in a symbiotic ecosystem.
