With the constant changes to the New Mexico Association of REALTORS® Forms, This course is designed to provide attendees with the most recent changes as well as the understanding of the “Why” the change was necessary in order to comply with laws, protect the consumer, and even protect the Broker to the most widely used NMAR Forms. Attendees will learn the importance of using current forms as well as how to avoid transaction liability related to using outdated forms.
