We are only taking up to 15 guests to this amazing venue. You will need to be quick as we only visit once a year. So what are you waiting for? Grab your friends, huddle up, things are about to get spooky...
Niddry street vaults have a reputation of being absolutely terrifying. As soon as you enter the vaults there is a sinister atmosphere. Many customers have left screaming and this is one place that is certainly not for the faint hearted.
The underground maze is home to the Witches vault. Pentagrams etched on the floor and a stone circle, where many have stood in and have said to have been scratched by unforseen hands. The Vaults are ex stalking grounds for serial killers Burke and Hare. They hunted their victims in these vaults under South bridge. The most famous entity that had been reported is that of Mr Boots. This spirit earned its name by visitors who have said to have seen a man wearing big boots. Heavy footsteps have also been heared by many.
We have decided for 2024 that we are going to investigate mid week. This is due to the noise contamination from the pubs and clubs of a weekend.We want you to have the best possible experience and therefore we have selected a date in which you will be able to appreciate the creepy atmosphere in silence. We have previously investigated this venue on a Saturday night and we know how hard it is to conduct vigils with booming music.
What can I expect on my event?
Your event will start at 12.00am where staff will take you to a baseroom. This is where you can help yourself to complimentary refreshments. After a health and safety briefing and a short introduction, you will be taken around the building and grounds for a very eerie history tour like no other. After this history tour we will provide hot drinks so that you can warm up and get ready for the investigation. You will be split into small groups of 5-6 people. Your group will be lead by a professional friendly team member and taken to different parts of the building to conduct very different vigils.(Please note: We have no actors working for us and this is not a jump scare attraction. We want you to have an honest experience.) There will be plenty of breaks throughout the night and you will be allocated your own time to go and investigate and explore for yourselves and borrow the latest paranormal gadgets. We do not provide accommodation or transportation. The event finishes at 6.00am.
