British singer, songwriter and musician Nick Mulvey celebrates the 10th anniversary of his Mercury Prize nominated debut solo album, First Mind with the announcement of an upcoming special edition double album and run of UK dates in spring 2024.Originally released in 2014, First Mind was Mulvey’s first release after leaving jazz-pop outfit Portico Quartet, and was met with critical acclaim across the board, receiving 5 stars from The Telegraph and 4 stars from The Guardian. Featuring the hit singles ‘Fever To The Form’ and ‘Cucurucu’, the LP granted Mulvey a meteoric rise to mainstream success, establishing him as a standout singer-songwriter of his generation.
At its core, Mulvey’s discography frames themes of nature, spirituality and personal growth as a focal point, embellished with a distinct blend of folk, pop and intricate guitar work alongside poetic and introspective lyrics.
