About this Event

As the United States celebrates 250 years of democratic and economic development, the spirit of the Next Frontier calls, not only for technological exploration and scientific advancement but also, for bold thinking about how capital is mobilized to meet the defining challenges of our time. From post-war reconstruction and the strengthening of democratic market economies to today’s climate transition and digital transformation, the trans-Atlantic partnership between the United States and Germany has demonstrated how investment, innovation, and economic cooperation can drive long-term prosperity and stability. Increasingly, leading family offices are playing a catalytic role—deploying patient, values-aligned capital and partnering with institutions to accelerate innovation, scale solutions, and bridge public and private priorities.

In our conversation with Daniel Levine, Founder and Managing Partner of Tenfore Holdings, we will explore how capital markets and investors are evolving to meet the demands of a changing world. Drawing on his experience investing in data-driven and growth-oriented enterprises, Levine will discuss how innovation, financial transparency, and long-term strategic investment contribute to economic resilience and sustainable progress.

The program, introduced and moderated by Andrew Sollinger, CEO & publisher of Foreign Policy, will highlight finance not merely as an economic mechanism, but as a defining frontier of the 21st century—one in which the United States and Germany continue to collaborate in pursuit of shared prosperity and global stability.

Featuring Daniel Levine (Founder and Managing Partner of Tenfore Holdings), and Andrew Sollinger (CEO & Publisher of Foreign Policy)

Location: Spacious Studio 1, 873 Broadway, Second Floor, NY, NY 10003

Biographies

Dan Levine is a private investor and the Founder & Managing Partner of Tenfore Holdings, a leading New York-based investment firm with offices in Abu Dhabi. The firm specializes in investing in growth-stage and middle-market investments that address pressing global challenges in agriculture, food, logistics, supply chain, health care, and the environment. Dan and Tenfore deploy a value investing approach, identifying undervalued companies with proprietary data and technology, and investing in and nurturing their growth for the long term. In 2025, he launched the 4IR Value Opportunity Holding Company, a private Permanent Capital Vehicle (PCV) that supports leading companies that advance the 4th Industrial Revolution.

In addition to generating strong financial returns, a defining feature of the PCV is its curated network of relationships with leading families and institutions around the world, with an emphasis on the U.S., Canada, Central Europe and Northern Europe, and the GCC. These relationships are intentionally cultivated to create a trusted global ecosystem of long-term capital and strategic insight. For many participants, the most compelling aspect of the platform is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with globally influential families, providing access to investment opportunities, partnerships, and market intelligence that would otherwise be difficult to source independently.

Throughout his career, Dan has been recognized for his leadership skills in overseeing, developing, and operating core and startup businesses, including within Sears Holdings and The Washington Post. Dan was awarded an AB, magna cum laude, and an MBA from Harvard University. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for Thirteen WNET New York Public Media, the Council on Strategic Risks, and the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce, New York. An avid champion for ocean health, Dan supports CREO, a public charity comprising some of the world's leading family offices dedicated to the goal of investing and catalyzing $1 trillion USD of capital into climate and sustainability solutions towards the decarbonization transition.

Andrew Sollinger is CEO & publisher of Foreign Policy, the world's leading geopolitical media organization. Since joining FP in 2018, he has helped to build teams and drive growth in a diversified set of subscription, event, research and audio formats. Previously, Andrew was EVP of Subscriptions at Business Insider, Executive Director of Capital New York (now Politico NY) and Managing Director of the Financial Times Americas. He was part of the executive team that built and sold Money-Media to the FT in 2008. A former reporter and editor for Institutional Investor magazine, Andrew has lived in London, Hong Kong and New York. He is a graduate of Clark University in Worcester, MA.
