A Sound Bath is a powerful and immersive meditative experience during which you are bathed in sound waves. Vibrations from gongs, singing bowls, rattles, drums and other instruments, such as chimes and solfeggio pipes, are used to create mesmerising and soothing soundscapes that can help release emotional and energy blockages in the body and stimulate healing in a simple yet profound way.
