New year's cleanse: SoundBath, Chakra Awakening & Snacks

Step into a transformative space where sound, intention & words come together to release stagnant energy to welcome the new year with fresh intentions & vibrations.

This 2 hour mini retreat is dedicated to realigning your energy centers, and harmonizing your mind, body, and spirit.

Through the power of guided mantra chanting meditation and the healing resonance of a sound bath followed by intuitive journaling. you’ll feel renewed, balanced, and ready to embrace the month ahead.
During the guided chakra chanting meditation, you’ll be gently led through simple, accessible mantras that correspond to each energy centre. The vibrations of your own voice help to clear emotional blockages, restore inner balance, and awaken a sense of deep presence.

Followed by guided intuitive journaling prompts aimed at self reflection & connection.

Lastly we will wrap up with the immersive sounds of a relaxing soundbath led by our practioner Afra using chimes & soundbath, followed by healthy snacks!
